Neil comes from a long line of work in the real estate world as an investor and developer. Over the years his great friend Jake Westrate and himself realized the importance of the management of a project since they owned real estate properties themselves which led to creating JA Companies.

Passing it down in the family, Jake follows the footsteps of his father and family as a general contractor. As a licensed builder for over a decade, this has allowed a deep understanding and experience within construction management. Engineer at heart, he enjoys spending time with his family and outdoors.

Jon manages the day-to-day operations and growth of JA Companies. To Jon, relationships and communication are the keys for the success of what we have done at JA Companies. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and outdoor activities.
